Placing an order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the website www.wexfordwinterland.com and click on any of the booking links and select the date and time of the ice skating session, santa train or movie of your choice, select the number of audult, child or group tickets you want from the drop down menu and press “Add Tickets To Cart“. This will bring you straight to your cart. If you want tickets for other events, select “Browse for More Tickets” and repeat the process for a different event. If you are finished shopping, click “Proceed To Checkout” and follow the instructions.
Please note that a credit or debit card is required at this stage.
Acceptance of your order
You will receive an automatic email to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If you selected “Print At Home” tickets, there will be a “bit.ly” link in this email. Simply click this link to download tickets direct to your computer and ENSURE to print these tickets off at home before leaving for the event.
If any time the event is sold out, the website will not let you order this item. The acceptance of your order will take place upon payment for the time session ordered. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we have identified a pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Please remember that once we accept your submitted order for the ice skating time session on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
The price of our products is as shown on our website. The total price, all inclusive, will be shown at the ‘checkout’ prior to submitting your final order. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit any sum paid by you.
All our prices are in € Euro. We accept all major credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched.
All items are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the time sessions are available or as otherwise stated on our website. We do not hold back orders for unavailable time sessions and we will inform you as soon as possible if the time sessions you have ordered are not available. All offers and promotions are available while stocks last. If on receipt of your order the time sessions you have ordered are not available in stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or credit any sum paid by you.
There will be some times when your access to the www.wexfordwinterland.com website is restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or improvements.

We stand over everything we sell in terms of times and availability of ice skating sessions and the security of your order.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the event team for a variety of reasons. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular ice skating session times, if an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered ice skating session times at any rescheduled time (subject to availability) up to the face value of the tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled time or the ice skating session times are not rescheduled, a refund is given.
Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original ice skating session times will be given up to their face value plus the relevant per ticket booking fee.
If the event is moved or rescheduled, we may set refund limitations. In order to claim your refund on a cancelled or rescheduled event, please apply in writing to email@example.com. You must enclose your unused tickets.
We regret that, unless the paragraph above applies, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your ticket, unless the product is known to be defective and you are returning it for this reason.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we encourage you to review them as often as possible. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website.
Every effort to admit latecomers will be made you can join the session but you will not be given additional ice time and admission cannot always be guaranteed. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any terms and conditions of the event. The venue may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
We aim to deal with any complaints in a fair, confidential, swift and effective way. They should be directed via the email email@example.com. Please include full contact details in addition to your e-mail address together with an order number where appropriate.
We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings which it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.
