How do I get my tickets when I book online?

The easiest way to get your tickets is to choose ‘Print At Home’ at the time of booking. We will send you an automatic email with a ‘bit.ly‘ link in the email with a link to download your tickets. Simply click this link and a PDF file of your tickets will download straight to your computer. Please ensure to print these tickets on your home printer and bring them with you to the venue. All tickets are individually barcoded and will be scanned to gain entry to the venue.

If you do not have print at home facilities, tickets can be collected form our Box Office located at 1 North Main Street, Wexford.

Do I have to book or can I just turn up?

You can turn up and you will probably get a ticket, however at peak times (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) if you want to be guaranteed a particular time then we recommend that you book in advance.

What’s the maximum age for a Child Ticket?

Children’s tickets are for ages 12 and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult although the adult doesn’t have to skate!

If I have booked tickets and can’t make it, what happens?

Tickets for Wexford on Ice are like cinema tickets, no exchange or refunds, if you cannot make it we suggest that you try and give (or sell!) your tickets to someone else.

Is it suitable for young children?

Wexford on Ice has a special supervised team trained in this area and our rink is suitable for children of about 3 years and upwards.

How do I book a birthday party?

For group bookings or Birthday Party enquiries please call our dedicated booking office on 053 919 9199 or e-mail us at boxoffice@lantern.ie. Prices vary by day between Peak and Off-Peak times.

Do you provide skates and what is your largest size?

Skates are provided and included in the price. Our smallest size is an infant 8, our largest size is 15.

What shoe sizes are the Ice Skates?

Skate shoe sizes start at Infant shoe size 8 (UK) up to the adults shoe size UK (15).
European shoe sizes infant 26 & Adult shoe size 51.

Are you insured if I fall and injure myself?

Wexford on Ice is a fully insured event. This is an Ice Rink and there is a strong likelihood that you may fall. You skate at your own risk, we cannot be responsible for injuries sustained as a result of ice skating.

Is there an admission fee if I’m not skating?

There is no charge for entry to the event.

Is there parking at the venue?

Parking is available at Wexford Town Car Parks.

Can I bring my own skates?

Yes you are welcome to bring your own skates.

Do you provide safety equipment?

We recommend safety equipment while skating and you are free to bring your own. Gloves we highly recommend, however we do not provide safety equipment or gloves at the Ice Rink.

What clothing should I wear?

You are advised to wear warm light clothing if possible. Do bring a change of socks just in case and be sure at wear gloves while skating.

Do you have Disability Access?

The team at Wexford On Ice welcome people of all abilities. The ice rink arena is accessible to wheelchair users and there is a ramp in place to gain access to the ice rink. The ice rink staff are available to assist you. If you have any special requirements do try to let us know in advance by calling us on 053 9199199 or through our contact form and we will do everything in our power to assist you.

If Bags & Scarves are not permitted on the Ice, do you have somewhere to store them?

We have a cloakroom available for €2.00, ask at the checkout when purchasing your tickets.
